Default newbie - dizzy??

Recently bought S12 - few months back - will put thread on newbie soon - diffs getting fully registered until recently - silly questions 1st - what is a dizzy cap?? - saw them for sale - what is it and what does it do??
Am going to need lots of parts and probably advice as my probably silly question indicates - also - anybody got an aftermarket wheel or rear strut brace for sale??
my rear wheels are sitting in at top - camber (I think) - cos it's lowered so much - any way to rectify??? if not will it do any harm apart from wear tyres++

Hi mate,

Dizzy cap = distributor cap where your spark plug leads plug into usually black/browny red in colour
