Modifying the s12

Hi all,

Am i on the right path, thinking that a t25/t28 turbo, a decent intercooler system, an uprated fuel pump and a fifth injector is the most cost effective way in getting power out of an s12? I've read through all old posts and i think this seems to be correct.

Also, i will probably have a little money left over so are there any other options that i should consider? Cams maybe, and if so where from?

Also, how much should i expect to pay to get this little lot fitted? I have rang around a few places in the coventry/leicester area and nobody seems too interested. Can anyone recommend anywhere close to me...i don't mind travelling either if it's worth it?

Flexx lives in Leicester he may no some places. Your on the right route though.The 5th injector is more to stop detonation at high engine rpm/load rather than increasing power. You should expect 230bhp max from the way your going. Then bigger injectors are needed.

Other than what youve said already a 2 3/4" straight through exhaust and a nice Air filter are also needed.But i expect you knew that.....

i will have a word with my modding mate what is it you want doing exactly do you just want to fit these parts in to your motor or do you want certain bits supplied and where abouts in leicester are you based as i have tried to contact you sometime last month but had no joy

Flexx, sorry about not getting back to you about the suspension and brakes...It's a very long story, but i was left without any internet access for a while and i was unable to use my phone.

no probs mate will find out asap and let you know how much and when it will be done its not a problem as my crew are specialists in the moddin dept as we own evos.scoobys, mazda turbos and cherry turbos all modified which ends are you from mate coz i only no of a couple of s12 in leicester and just seen one last week which i havent seen before a grey/silver one

I live on Burnmoor street near walkers stadium, but i'm moving out soon.

The silvia hasn't seen much use around leicester as it has a bit of a manifold gasket problem. You might have seen my other car though.



I've seen some nice 323 turbos kicking around the town,a nice grey one and a few nice black ones...probably the ones your talking about.

Anyway, if you could have a word, it would be appreciated mate.
