Default Springs

Can anyone give me any info/tips on removing and replacing the front and rear springs. I'm sure there used to be something about it on the old forum but can't see it anymore.

Are you changing them for lowered springs as its easier on reasembly if you are becuase i found after fitting 40mm avo lowered springs you dont need to use spring clamps.

I will do a how to for this so you can find it in the how-to-section later tonight.
