thats timo's s12, i hav'nt got it on my pc anymore, but i have an a4 print of it in my s12 folder.

im sure if you remove the existing lights and then blanl the gap with a sheet of metal welded in and cut the hole out for the new lights out it will be a flush finish after bieng filled and sanded
