hey guys. my s12 allready has a t28 turbo, and i have just aquired a t3 hybird turbo for her, now it has a uprated actuator. and she is rated to boost at 1.6 bar. now what im wondering is will my engine block take it. pistons, conrods ect. fueling ect isnt a problem im just wondering bout internals? is this too much boost? or is there such thing as too much boost? lol
so any help on mods needed or other applications would be alot of help?
thanks guys.

Not really. it will need uprating. forged pistons and det rods or at the least det pistons and rods. And a genuine nissan head gasket should be used.
i think 18/19 psi is the maximum that should be ran on a very healthy et bottom end excellent fuelling setup

what have you done with your fueling, exhaust and intercooler then?

You can use ca18det forged pistons. These will need ca18det rods for them to be compatable.. the det rods fit the et bottom end and crank fine.

Sounds like a very nice setup. Where has your s12 been hiding all these years? Have you done the work to it yourself?
