Red face Tracking Settings?

Just been to get my tracking done but the garage don't have the settings?
Standard Silvia.....anyone know?

-0.5 to 1.5 toe in on the front

-2 to 0 toe in on the back

Thats the given range in the service manual.

I would say set it at 1mm toe in on the front and neutral on the back.

The service manual isn't much use is it lol

It depends really what you want out the car, if you want a nice stable car then go with a touch of toe in front, but if you want a car that will turn in well then i'd go with a touch of toe out but this is at the expense of it being possibly skittish

I've just had mine set and they didn't have the settings at Kwik Fit. They said in reality the car's been lowered its got 17" wheels on and it's old so being set at 0 is fine and they were right it drives fine turns in well and the poly bushes have made a great difference.
