Radiator Pipe!!!
Istalled my Volvo 740 intercooler and rad but now im having problems with the rad piping as one has to go to the other end as you will be able to see from the pic, the problem is the only way that i can do it so far is to put a very tight U-bend inthe piping.

Ahh bugger just realised ive posted this in the wrong section, well neway its in here now so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

right mate, you need a bluebird thermostat housing, search for pics of my engine bay on my blue mk1, it sits facing forwards, richard kimbley has one spare.

he hosts this web site, he is on msn, i think you will have to get rid of the fan and use an electric fan, or you will chop into the hose, it will make it rev a bit better as well, i'll talk to him on msn, and tell him mate,
