Default Dash dials inop

well drove the s12 yesterday and everything working, took seats out today to do some work to it and started it up to get a bit of heat, so working away i looked at the dash and nowt was working, no oil press, temp or rev's? gave it a rev no difference, only thing that seems to be working is the petrol dial. also the battery light is staying on but belts are fine. you think it could be a fuse/wiring from taking the seats out??

What was wrong Andy, and how did you fix it?

Might come in handy if anyone else has a similar problem

Smile dash probs

Check the fusible links by the batter under the black lid.
I had this problem with my MK1 and the wire had corroded by the connector.

Hope this helps.
