I've had a quick search and can't find anything, so can anyone help with which injectors would make for a good upgrade for the ET? Only that I note in the beginners guide to tuning, it says that S13 injectors or 444cc (yellows) from the skyline will fit? And I notice that the s13 and 444's are both interferance fit, and the ET are the bolt in type?
Is it relatively easy to modify the DET rail etc to get them to fit? Or do you guys know a trick I don't?! |

the 12 injectors are barbed on the end, the 444's have an o ring that goes into the rail, i used the 444's the same as the s12 injectors fitted, you just have to force the rubber hose over as i think the 444's are about 10mm and the 12's are about 8mm.

Oh ideal, so you can still use the bolt in flange type affair the same as the ET injectors then. If I understand correctly? Just with the O-rings from the 444's?

just don't use the o rings, push the hose over and use a small jubilee clip on it,

At the top you mean? Got that.
I was more concerned about the bottom, as the injector pockets on the CA18ET seem to bolt in, where as the CA18DET they slide in? And the fuel rail holds them in. Where as that appears not to be the case on the ET...unless I've missed something looking at it? |

i'am sure that on my 444's that you could use the rubber from off of the s12 injectors and slide the hard black plastic collars over.
