Default Troubles when i removed the cylinder head

Ok, I removed the cylinder head with the intake and exhaust manifold.

2 BIG problems:

-first about the cylinder head himself. I received a used cylinder head from canada; an 8 sparks plug one but at my surprise it's different. Here comes the pics:

The stock one with "studs":


The other with "automatic hydrolic -I think-":


Can i fit these one on mine? I thought that the shipped one is a CA20E head but according the seller, he's a s12 fan and lovers, he said that is for a turbo mk2 one -mine is mk 1,5-

-second trouble:

When i remove the cylinder head, I "scratch" a wire and I don't where it was:





What is it? Black and white wires but white in the other side?

Thanks to all guy for any info because I'd like my s12 on the roads as soon as possible.

Dont know about the first picture as its very blurred but I know the mk1/2 models here have the Same tappet setup. As for the plug its for Detonation sensor which is a round thing on the side of the block.
