Default Rear window De-mister DEFECTIVE!
I don't know how or when it stopped working but anyone got any Ideas? I've checked the Fuse and its fine. Mines a MKII and I don't even know were the Fecking light is on the dash, cheers

Are the conecters on the window conected it may sound silly but I've know them to come apart for closing the boot repeatedly.

yea mine works when it wants to and it turns out to be the switch, think it is a common fault with the switches

The rear demister switch failing is a known common fault with silvias, prevented by installing a relay in the system to lighten the load on the switch itself.

Its the best first place to look

The switches are prone to burning out
