Hi mate - Just nipped back on the board (Been a busy week for me!), and saw this?!?!

What's up mate? - we're all rooting for you to complete this and show all the so-called middle of the road "big boys" a thing or two!

(some) people slagged me off for how much I spent, but I'm WELL chuffed with my car, and it impresses the f*ck out of anyone brave enough to park their arse in the passenger's (or drivers!) seat, and that's what helps make it worthwhile mate! - f*ck the naysayers, and by all means ditch it if you're serious about doing so, but you know you'd LOVE to get it completed and kicking scooby/evo/my arse!

So how come you don't have the modifying bug anymore mate?

Will have to give you a ring, methinks, and catch up...

I agree with Japster Shaun.
Take a break, step back and close the garage door on it for a few weeks, you'll be amazed how quickly the 'need for speed' will return. i was in the same situation, spent all winter frigging around with the car, missed the start of the season by 3 months and was ready to '4 star and a match' the bloody thing, had a break and im mega up for it now.
Dont throw in the towel Big Guy, your previous car was an inspiration to many people including myself, be great to see S13 eater become 'Maclaren F1 eater'
as has been said before its helluva lot harder to be a pioneer and innovator than follow a well trodden path.
Maybe if we hide your car and only let you have it back when you promise to finish it with no less than 750hp?

not ready for anything built yet jon, i've got to get some more money saved, for the clutch, then i need bottom end bearings, distrib cap and the cam chains, i'll send for all of these together, when i've payed for the clutch, front coilovers are now on, the spacers at 20mm still look to wide on the front, i think i could get away with 10mm spacer on the front, then use the 20mm spacers on the rear, i'll have to sort some before jae. i've lowerd it about 60mm.
