i had my first T2 made to the fullest hybrid they would go, came on boost at just over 1800 RPM also 360deg bearing, not sure what they did to it, but i had full boost long before the std one i have atm, full boost now is about 3000, this hybrid was full boost long before 2500 and spooled up fast too.

sadly i treated it bad, and it has bout 2mm up and down play, and 3mm in and out. im waiting on saving up to get my T25 done, but i also need to make a new downpipe part for the exhaust to fit it to my stainless elbow.

I had one. Im not sure what happened to it. Adz had it for a bit. Maybe he sold it to someone on here. It worked very well and took lots of abuse without fail. But in the big picture of things it was shit. Size matters

for fook sake, don't try and rebuild your own turbo's like adz did, they need rebuilding properly, if the turbo goes tits up, then your engine could goe the same way as well, tbh i wun't bother with anything under a t28, the lag ain't that bad ,my t34 came on at about 3200rpm.

3500 rpm is a bit laggy for a T2 (which I assume you're using?). My T3 was 4,000rpm.

I have a nice turbo here which I need to get round to fitting. Its a T28 from a pulsar with a T3 compressor housing.

Was gonna say thats pretty laggy otherwise lol. I was ok with fuelling on my T3 up to a bar but I used a adjustable fuel pressure reg. I got 215bhp at the wheels with that

What plug gaps are you running? And what plugs?

I was using a walrbo but only as a safety measure. Not sure when the S12 pump runs out of puff. Std injectors and all that yeah.
