Fj20 to Fj24 Nismo conversion kits

Hi guys
I have been reading around and found that nismo did a fj20 to 24 conversion kit. Is this true?
Are they hard to find and what came in that kit.?
Has anyone on the forum managed to get their hands on one?
Any info appreciated
