Default mk2 front end on mk1?

does anyone know if the mk2 bonnet, bumper and long center grill with corner side lights will fit on a mk1???

i have a mk2 front bumper on my mk1 - so yes fits

pukka has the long grill and small side lights on his mk1 - so yes fits

bonnet i think fits, but im sure there will be some more knowledge posted on that soon as i cant say for deffo. i think there is a difference in the washer jets between the 2 im not sure.

yeah the mk2 washer jets are on the top of the bonnet

did the mk1 ever come with the power bulge bit in the middle of the bonnet??

no it didnt. The fj20 is essentally a mk1 s12 but with a different engine. that had a bulge on the mk1 bonnet

was was orginally lookin for a fj20 bonnet but there doesnt seem to be many about

The mk2 bonnet definitely fit's the mk1... don't know about the grille and bumper as I only changed my bonnet.

The mk 2 bonnet is slightly pointed at the front where as the mk1 is straight,
Dr silvia fitted a mk 2 grille and side lights to his mk1 and the grile just slighty sticks out because of the curve to match the mk 2 bonnet
