Shaun i beleive you had some copper mainfold gaskets made up? Im fed up with blowing the standard gaskets every other day

when i last rang ferriday shauns gasket pattern was still on file so i would imagine you wouldnt have to send a template if thats still the case

It seems weird that you are getting the gaskets blowing. I've not had any problems with mine.

Have you tried a different manifold? There must be an unmatched surface on either the head or the manifold, it would be better to solve this then getting copper gaskets made up. You'll be pissed if it don't even solve the problem if the mismatch is too bad.

I have a few manifolds so will take a look but im sure i picked the best one i had when i built it all think the main problem lays within my studs coming loose, im gunna have to helicoil 2 more studs now. I only did 3 when i was building it up as the other 3 were solid.But im gunna use copper gaskets too as there gunna be better than the standard ones.
