S12 Windscreen

Hi

I am after a windscreen for a 1985 Nissan Silvia turbo

A good secondhand one or new would be fine & not neccessarily Nissan original

I have heard that the Silvia S13 screen will also fit the earlier S12 model like mine

Don't think the S13 one will fit!. Anyways they are available for around £170 and two are available. Normal Blue and copper with a Blue head tint which are orderable. You'll be lucky to get one S/H as they are bonded and usually break !

£170!!!! Ya joking mate i had one fitted by autoglass about a month ago and it cost me £350 fitted

It was a complete nightmate too they messed me around so much getting the wrong screen and wrong tint at the top, i ended up with an s13 screen which is just the same accept it has a small black square where the boss of the rear view mirror sits but you cant see it behind the normal s12 mirror so its all good.

Good luck in getting one and i hope you dont have the greif i had

adz I got a quote from a local windscreen company and it was £170 plus vat or without for No receipt!. Dead straight No joke. I'll get you the number if you want.

It may be worth searching for a second hand s13 screen from a breakers or sxoc s13 breakers then

Also check your not covered for windscreen damage by your insurance
