i wouldnt bother retarding the timing it will lower performance + generate more heat, the standard timing is 15deg + or - 1 deg. i used to run 17.5deg as it gave better off boost performance but i never use less than 97ron fuel

Standard timing will be fine and it will run normal unleaded for long distance commuting, If you intend on putting your foot down or are running a modified setup then use super unleaded. Also Shells new v power contains valve lubricant which is good

maybe next week a buy some toluene, like to know if there will be any nice difference when adding it to 98 octane
I can get it for cheap, 1,20euro/liter, thats cheaper then ron98 over here
