i used to have a t25 running 15psi. it lasted for a while and pick up was great but i drove flat out one hot day after forgetting to put the dipstick back in!
 the cloud of smoke was kinda a tell tale sign. i still have it and a t28 with oil seal gone just not sure to get them rebuilt or exchange for new turbo from someone like turbo technics
