Turbo gasket

The guy selling it, dosnt want anyone doing any work on it, on his drive way.

So i guess i wont be able to hear it running will i???

The manifold is already off the car, and the seller says he hasnt the time to stick it back on.

Can we start the car up without the manifold on?? just to hear the engine running??
