As far as I know the S13 front struts are to big for the S12 Turrets so aftermarket coilovers need to be used with the S13 lower arms and hubs.

S13 and S12 rear setups are totally different but you might get away with using the shocks.

You can get rear springs made to order fo about £50 a side (thread on here somewhere) and you could always just chop the fronts down by a couple of coils for free. Thinking about it the rears could be cut too if you wanted to tramp it up all the way, not Ideal but MUCH better than just removing them.
