High fuel pressure

Guys, I need your help. I tried to solve it by myself, but without result. I can't crank up the engine. I found out, there is a higher pressure of fuel then stated in manual. The sparking plugs are totaly floated with gas... Without even litte sign "ignition". I hope you understand Do you have any suggestions, pleeeese? I have FJ20E engine. Btw. all that started when I got home and tried to park my cars. But the engine sudednly stopped. I found out my powersteering pump was jammed as well and of cource the belt was burnt in one place. Could there be any connection between those two "events"?
