ARP or other headbolts?

Nissan made me mad.
2 months of waiting for cylinder bolts and head gasket and finally they told me that they can't supply them , because my car is too old (here in France after 20 years, very hard to get some parts).

Did ARP made them for our CA18ET? ARP same torque as FSM? Where can i found some for my car, please?
