Talking North East Newcastle S12 and other retro japs

HI my names Jonny English I'm an upholsterer from Morpeth in Northumberland. I bought a 1989 S12 on ebay earlier this year and have since grown to love it. I already have 2 Celica Supra's and a Mk 4 Celica and have had various Datsuns and Toyotas off ebay in the past and an RX7. I have bought a nice set of 17" Team Dynamics alloys for the S12 and have an intercooler off a volvo and a set of NGK plugs to go in too. The timing belt has been changed and one side of the handbrake cable needed freeing off with a bit of oil, other than a badly fitted stereo everything else is working fine on the car. The boot spoiler is missing and I have just bought a pug 405 saloon one from ebay for a tenner as I read on one of the threads that they fit ok. I really want a set of lowering springs and was out bid on a second hand set on ebay just today Nevermind though as I'm sure some will pop up. If you have any I'd be happy to buy them. I intend to put a LSD in it as it is nowhere near as much fun as my Supras to sport on in and should go well with the boost turned up and the intercooler on. I sometimes go to the retro car club at South Shields once a month its on the last Sunday of the month so if you are in the North East you should check it out at The Sand Dancer pub car park on the sea front.

I've tried to upload a picture of the car but it says the file is too big 745kb and the max is 97.7kb. Will ad pics if I figure it out.

I'll start a thread on the projects once I start some work on the car.

Jonny
