S12 mot

My MOT runs out on the 18th, booked it in for the 13th this week.

Can someone enlighten me on alittle curiousity i've got bugging me at the moment, I took out my BRIDE seat and swapped it back to the stock drivers seat, however I'm still using a road legal 4-point harness with the stock seat. ( read in the harness manaul that its legal aslongs as the harness straps sit inbetween the headrests. )

I'm just curious as i've only got two seats in the car, the backs completely stripped, minus all the rear belts to, left rear, middle and right rear. Will the MOT tester instantly fail it seeing as they've been removed or will he just go alright, he made my job easier only have to check the front two? I'm skeptical and begining to think it's going to be a spectactular fail and come the 18th my s12 will be off the road....

If anyone can clear this up with me I'd appreciate it, Cheers.
