I did the same on my last S12, the latest one I've used Cusco S13 mounts (loads stiffer, but rather pricey).
Used an S13 bracket on the near side, but on the offside I made an adaptor plate (as above) and had to very slightly mod the mount for it to fit. Not done anything with the gearbox mount as yet. Can sort pics if you are interested etc.
