fuel pressure reg

my car is seriously over fuelling, stinks, so im looking at pressure reg first as ive already change that once before, and is a common fault, so can i just but any universal one, or are turbo ones different to NA ones???

Recomentations please, but i dont have masses of money as im buy my house on my own, and its expensive
