Indy's "Project Full White" (not 56k friendly)
pulled the engine out of my car last weekend and pulled the fenders(to be replaced), and front bumper and fitted and mounted my fmic.
Just thought I'd share my pics. Hopefully I'll have my CA18DET soon and soon after that have it up and running in the car with pics anyways, enjoy the 80's nissan goodness lol Some of you may remember me talking about oil coolers a little while back. Well, I decided to pick up a cheap B&M supercooler and found a way to fit it in my bumper. Wish me luck with the rest of my swap... when it's done, I'm hoping to be up at 200hp or so with the FMIC, 10/11psi boost, Skyline T28 N1 turbo. Then the next stage is fuel pump and 550 injectors and hopefully get it up to around 280hp. All with tuning and what not of course. After salvaging my silicone hoses yesterday, this is what I found this coupler was the one connecting the crossover pipe and the compressor outlet. It didn't FEEL broken all the way through, but the connection was very thin and I could almost see my finger through it. I may have just found the source of my mysterious vacuum leak that plauged my engine in it's "last" days...
