im so glad too, the RAC phoned me back with.............................. a discount coz im a memebr £280 + VAT
 so they also got told to fcuk off and dont take the piss.... the s13 really a direct fit????? cant believe it?? sure it wasnt just a cock up and they gave you a s12 one, would be just my luck they would get the glass out and find my cars odd and dont fit  i shall investigate, how on earth did you find that out, not really the sort of thing you just try on a warm sunday morning. lol
