You need a compatible usb cable from your pc to your phone with the appropiate software or you can buy a bluetooth stick that plugs in to a spare usb port,aslong as your phone has bluetooth.
If you have a phone with infrared and your laptop allows incoming beams via infrared then you can also do it that way
