Thread sizes

Can someone kindly remind me of thread size and pitch for the following:-

Exhaust Manifold to head (I think it's M10 fine?)
Exhaust manifold to turbo (I think it's M8 fine?)

Going to have a look at weather I can fine some locking nuts (all metal!) for them.

the standard silvia Manifold to head is M10 x 1.25 (standard car M10 are M10 x 1.5)

and the turbo to manifold are standard M8 x 1.25.
