Default Engine Removal Tips?

Going to be swapping the auto mk2 engine/box/diff for manual very soon, anyone got any tips for speedy removal? Can the engine and box come out together? Does the front end have to come off? Any special tools required (aside from a hoist)? Anything to be careful of?

Cheers

Its easier to unbolt the engine from the box and remove separately. Engine first from the front and then the box from below putting the car on axle stands. When re-fitting you could try putting them in together but you have to monitor the gearbox tail shaft to avoid it hitting the floor. It has to go in at an angle and keep an eye on the bulkhead to avoid damaging it. Another pair of eyes/hands would help alot
