Default Flip Up Light Problem!

hey can anyone help with my problem?

When i turn my head light on or flick the head lights up switch my lights come up and on with out a problem but when i turn them off, only the drivers side comes down. With the head lights off i can manually put the headlight down and it stays down, when they are up if i manually try to put the offending headlight down it goes down a bit them the motor recycles the light and puts it back up, so its still working to an extent. Any ideas??

thanks

I had this on mine, I cant remember if it was the light switch stalk contacts, or one of the relays.

My wife is from there. we pop over to see her family when we can.

hey not really had much time to find the fault, just checked the relays and there ok. Yea thats cool think there might be only 3 left now mine and a red stock auto in laxey thats clean and used to be a grey one with a det bottom end kicking about but i havent seen that in a few years now. Not to bad with spares i have a few bits spare as i scrapped a rusty one a couple of years ago for some spares to finish my build off. Managed to get 6 months out of the car before the tax ran out and had to hammer the oil feed to the turbo flat as the seals had gone and the oily smoke was coming out the exhaust and in thought the rotten rear panel and choking me
