Ok there on an the car is as quiet as a mouse, well besides the the loud exhaust system
They fitted great but the only thing i will say is that when doing the nuts up, i think you could continuously tighten them to the point of maybe splitting the gaskets,i certainly dont want to have to be tightening the nuts up every other day
Il see how they go but also because they feel quite britle although there 6mm thick maybe over time they will become too britle with the heat and could cause problems.
But i was told that they can withstand very high temperatures and will keep the heat from travelling back into the head so only time will tell.
