Did you know
Did you know that coke or any other carbinated soft drink can can be used to loosen those stiff and rusted nuts and bolts as the carbondioxide in them eats the rust?
Anyone else got any tips like this you never know when they will be handy.

Cooking oil makes spongy spoilers look shiny and makes them water resistant. It will also make black trim look like new
If you rub cow shit in to your tyres your tyres will stink

I saw on Bluepeter that you can make a 1 penny piece all shiney from putting it in coke lol...so your idea must work. I would rather use WD-40 instead though hehe.

It's the same as using a potato cut in half and rubb it onto your windscrean and it will repel water as a temorary fix, egg in a hot rad to block a leak and a water and bicarbonate of soda paste will remove tar ect from you paint work.

I tried the coke with rusted bolt trick but it didnt work but I use coke with aluminium foil to clean the bumpers on my Viva. Pour the coke onto the chrome and use the foil to rub it in. I bet its the best chrome cleaner you have ever used. (or your money back)

coke's cleaning properties come from its ph...
anyone remember the experiment at school where you put a tooth in the stuff and left it for a week? at the end of the week the tooth was gone because the acid in the coke had dissolved it... draw your own conclusions from this |
