whats the maximum bost pressure you could run without an intercooler?

safe i wouldnt go much more than 8 if u have a heavy right foot, it you set the timing up you can run more to stop dett

10psi. After that the inlet temps rise too much and kill any benefits of increasing the boost and so this levels the power out. Fit an intercooler and then you can winde this up by an extra 4psi with a very healthy standard Turbo.

Sorry if this is a stupid question ..doh! but what is a C109 oil filter ?Is that a Fram/Nissan part number and does it have bigger capacity than std. filter ?

Thats a champion oil filter which is an alternative supplier. Its identical to the Nissan item. Halfords stock these

Just popped out to grad some, only to be told 10w-50w fully synthetic oil doesn't exsist, is this true or is there a modern day alternative... help?

Here's a quick one for anyone who's listening. When fitting a T25 do you re-use the old oil feed line or do you have to get a double banjo ended braided hose made up?
