there will be no cold start, i'll have to get a boss made up for the map sensor,a boss for the fuel pressure reg and i could be using a pcv valve i don't know yet, all that i need now is an old cossie plenum, so that i can cut the ram pipes out and weld them in mine, so keep ya eyes open for me peeps.pukka, if i can make plenums up so can you, this is my third that i have made and they just get better.next i'am making a billet alloy fuel rail, i'am also replacing the fuel lines with a couple of mm larger bore.

Without the cold start i guess you need to hold the rpm with the throttle for a while until warm?, or will your management adjust for this.

Nice carpet by the way

the omex should sort it out, but its never ticked over very good until its warm, it takes exactly 10 mins in the winter until the temp needle gets to the white line, then it ticks over perfect, the plugs that i run don't help with them being 8 rated.

I have igntion problems which i resolved but it still missed, assumed it was the plugs, but instead found the cap was corroded. I think the 8's should be ok.

What might be an idea Shaun is see if you cam you a pulsed type valve (cant remember which type) that the ECU can use for a target rpm. I know Emerald can use one.

In addition might be worth you reducing the enrichment %'s that have been set for when the engine is cold.
