Default Help... i'm a fish! Starter motor enquiry

Howdi, it would appear that i'm dense, I got myself a new starter motor and was wondering the if there is an easy way to fit it... coz I seem to be doing everything arse about face...
Ohh...
and does anyone have a torque list for the various bolts an' stuff coz so far i've just been guessing...
and jus' another quick one... what offset (oogi-mi-flip) does the S12 have? I want ALLOYS! Mesh style, deep dish, and around a 16" any ideas... heard that the 240Z rims fit, fact or bovine?
Super cool...

Thank you 'Oh Fountain Of Knowledge'!

heres some good news, the starter motor can be changed without needing to remove the gaerbox, engine or any other component, yay although its fiddly, its better than the hard option of stripping out the gear box

If you remove the bracket on the side of the inlet manifold, you can then see how easy a job it is...

Default Yep... still a fish...

Ok... so the bracket? Is that the thing that looks like it's holding the inlet up?
Like I said... Fuu Iss Shh Haa. I am a fish...

Yes it is the bracket that supports the inlet manifold,

has that been done yet? 3.5 V6 Lexy lump in an S12? I looked at the Aussie Site and they are mad for the conversions huh... fruit loops that lot...
