Default ae86 rims

ive noticed a lot of ae86 rims forsale on drift works, noticed that they are 4 stud..... any chance they will fit? im looking a difrent rims at the mo, and looking at old school type rims and just wondering wat will fit........ obviously 4x114, but just wonderd if anyone had used any other in the past like toyota rims?

AE86 will fit. it's the same 4x114.3, so is datsuns 280zx. 15x7 +0 can be fitted without spacer. need 195/50. 195/60 on 15x7 is a bit too tall, and it rubs occasionally on deep potholes + big bumps.

you can go wider than 7 inch, just have to watch the offset and use 50 aspect ratio tires.

I have 15x6.5 +35 with 195/60, and there is very little room between the tires and strut towers in the front. maybe like 2-3 mm, but it's not rubbing at all.

i use 225/45/17's on the front and 235's on the rear, they do touch slightly onto the spring platform, but grinding a little square hole sortes that out.

cheers people! it just seems easier to get rims for the ae86 as they are "cool" at the moment, so easier to get a bargin too just gota find some 15' split rims now

picking it up on saturday so there will be 2 white s12's in grassmoor if i move in to a house im looking at lol
