I finally managed to get round to fitting the lowering springs last week -

before




rear spring difference



rears changed



front spring difference (it took me a while, hence being dark



finished



pics taken today

How different is the handling. Those springs were pretty good on my mk1

what drop are they? mine seems to sit lower than that and its supposed to only be -40

Still quite a lot of daylight between the tyre and the arch, what size wheels and tyres are you using?

205/40, on 17's. im gonna be looking, at some time in the future, to get new wheels, and will def go for 17's again with most likely a 215/45 front and maybe 225/45 on the back

with a mior mod to the front spring cup you will get 225's on the front, or just put those thin 3mm spacers in.
