Default Hello from the east midlands!

Hello all, only just got my account activated after quite a while

I have a 88 s12 which im in the process of sorting out the rust, rusted wings, floor / sill seams, all arches have some rust. So as you can image i'm after an s12 that someone is breaking so i can chop some panels off!

Here are some pics:

When it came home, wouldn't start tried to jump start it, turned out to be a bad ground to the transistor on the ignition coil!

Rust between the floor and the sills.

Will keep it all updated hopefully and may pick the brains of some of you s12 gurus

An S12 with the classic problems!

At least you got to the bottom of it.

They all rust in the same places to be honest, so trying to find a doner for panels is like trying to guess the lottery numbers.

But there are a couple breaking on here you *may* get your floor panels from.

Yes mate I won that wing , cost me quite a bit! I'm thinking of making a fibreglass mould from it for future use but it seems like alot of work.
