i got some matched length 12.9 cap bolts from a local supplier anything higher was special order,cost £1.25 per bolt

If you have access to a machine shop I'd get the existing threads re drilled and tapped to M11, and then you could use the thicker S13 bolts. You need an SR20 bolt for the long one.

But in answer to your question, I don't know.
