if I understood it, we climb the injectors S13 and reprog ecu is good?

yes, you can fit s13 injectors and re-program the ECU and it will work

I dont know a company that does it. There's no off the shelf chip. I can do it but I've not done one and wont sell anything I havn't tested, so it's DIY chip tuning or give me a car to play with on the dyno
