alundra, internal mail is priced in 100g graduations, external in 20g... I just dont want to charge more than is nescessary=)

Lister im guessing you're desperate for a copy by what you've said, and while bribery IS the right way to motivate me it is now however unnescessary (i'm too honest)

yes. includes the multi-page pullout section that has fallen out of most books. beware, you need a screen the size of bournemouth to read it all at once. recorded delivery only.

I gave permish a while ago to host my scans of this manual online. You don't need to pay me to burn and post a cd anymore
