Fuel and air set up?

Ok guys my beast is finally mot and running. What I want to do is make sure my baby is running at it's best. I have a 255 pump to fit very soon and when I do I would love for it to be running on song!

How can I do this? I belive there is two adjustable screws one at the mass air sensor and one for fuel?. Not to sure where the fuel one is though? Are these two screws all I need to set the car up and how will I know of it's running as it should be.
Is there a way to achieve this static? Or don't have to keep driving back and forth like a chav that doesn't know what he's doing and upsetting the street?

Current set up. Volvo fmic, free flowing air filter, 3inch straight through exhaust system, t25g turbo (I think).....soon to install the 255 fuel pump
