LOL thats just a bit of carpet(dashmat) to stop the sun from cracking the vinyl dashboard,as they only last a couple of years in the aussie sun.Just recently the glue holding down the velcro strips that hold it in place melted and it started to slide off under acceleration.

/the cam cover was bead blasted then painted with vht metal tint sp-232 ,and then given a few coats of power plus clear engine enamel.
Then it cracked the head a few weeks later and the parts washer stripped it all off so now it looks crappy again.Next time Ill do the manifold too
Like the white coupe Brian it just needs tinted windows and the chrome moulds powder coated, very straight ,did you paint it?

Pistonfreak,

In the picture on your signature, is it a standard front bumper cut out to allow more air in....

Thinking about lightening the bumpers on mine and chopping some material away... and letting more air in... anyone shed some light on that sort of mod??!

Mike.

Default My S12

Pic from a sunny day about 3 years ago, it's been collecting dust in the garage ever since! I might get it out in the summer for a month or two
