i used one of these elbows on my t28 fit straight on but the studs dnt match up the the rest of the exhaust after the elbow so im cuttin the flange then bolting it to the elbow then reweld it in place

I use T25 from CA18DET to replace the stock turbo on CA18ET. I use T25 dump pipe (from bings.ca just because he's local, but it's the same with most ebay pipe), and it clear everything just fine. no need for cutting or something like that.

hello

just bought a t25... so just to clarify, am i right in thinking that all i need is the turbo elbow from an s13 and a flexi/braided oil feed, cut a lug off the gearbox and thats it?! it'll just bolt on?

cheers!

on canadian model, I use all the stock hard line (hopefully they'll stand all the abuse I'm gonna subject them to). I have new oil return line made up, use CA18DET T25 (SR is bigger), and 3 inch dump pipe. It's tight fit and a pain to remove and install, but no need to cut the lug (extra "ear") off the gear box.

i have just done this mod yesterday and what a cee you next tuesday of a job it was i used t25 off 200sx with the 200sx downpipe from turbo only had to shave off a bit of the lug on the gbox but i have a mk1 s12 if that makes a difference. i also used the oil return metal pipe from 200sx and cut about 1" off it and with a bit of gentle persuasion lol the rubber pipe fitted like a glove. the hardest part was getting that bloody nut on the manifold the 1 at the bottom. took 2 hours of molesting and when it came off it took the stud with it. i changed the stud with a smaller 1 and it was alot easier to get back on just blowing now so need to order some more manifold gaskets. the oil line was piece of cake but the water lines were a bit hard to fit as the washers on the banjo bolts keep falling off just as i lined them up lol was very stressful. i also used the 3 bolt flange that comes from the turbo out to the intake manifold i just cut a bit off of the standard plenum pipe match up and used bit of silicone hose and 2 clamps to secure lovely job. i cant comment on performance as when i bought the car on friday the turbo was seized. i will be fitting boost controller this week coming changing spark plugs and either welding up that saftey valve or if i can be bothered blanking it off. hope this helps guys

That question is better directed to Silviagod but I would also like to know as I have an Auto.

if you use the s12 elbow as I've said to a few people, there's no modification needed to the gearbox as everything sits in it's original position
