dont use 95 it even says 97 on the petrol flap get some optimax in and never look back

autodata says they need 98 ron as std, not all super is 97. i allways use tesco 99 with castrol lrp suppliment with octane booster, acts as a anti det.

cant blieve u run 95 on 11psi, u running an ic?

if its been fine since now there is not any reason why it suddenly should be any different. Swapping to super unleaded wont solve the problem,it will only hide it. Try the plugs first i would say mate.
Your car should be fine on 95ron. Just use super unleaded if you fancy a thrash

sorry for the hijack, but how do you test a fuel pressure regulator to see if its working?
