I think he means the orange silicone boost pipe to turbo hose, the one he prolly has isn't original, hence why is black - or covered in oil :P

EDIT: that is c-shaped right? been a few years since I've looked :P

Ave got pictures on my fone if I can find my cable ill put em up. Well I know its deffo not orginal pipe because it should be one piece, mines isn't its 2 90degree bends with a connecter in the middle that's where I'm gettin the 'C' shape from. So because it has that connection between the 2 pipes it'll make a sound like a dump valve and pop off. Very Annoying if its pissing with rain and your on the hardshoulder if the m8!
P.S this is a 18et engine I duno if that'll make a diffrence tho. Thanks for thw speedy reply guys

If the link works this is the engine bay (obviously).

<a href="http://s728.photobucket.com/albums/ww281/euanmacpherson/?action=view&current=1277757104574.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww281/euanmacpherson/1277757104574.jpg" border="0" alt="engine"></a>

The silver pipe across the engine bay to the right hand side where you can see the 2 jubilee clips onto a black pipe this is the pipe i need it runs down the side next to the heat shield. Seen in this next link in a bit of a closer view.

<a href="http://s728.photobucket.com/albums/ww281/euanmacpherson/?action=view&current=1277757103663.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww281/euanmacpherson/1277757103663.jpg" border="0" alt="turbo pipe"></a>

Hope this works.

You need to use BB code on this forum mate, HTML is disabled. (FYI)

Anyway, this is yours:

...and this is std:

I would imagine urs had an intercooler at some point in it's life, it was taken off prior to selling and the boost pipe bodged back together.

So in short, just buy some silicone hose or get a proper boost pipe and elbow pipe of a breaker here

Ahhh I see so the whole things a metal pipe that'll be why its
So expensive would a silly c#nt hose be ok pressure wise?
Or would the original part be better?

The original boost pipe to turbo hose is an orange silicone jobbie and the boost pipe to inlet manifold is rubber so you'll have no issues.

That being said, it is dependant on your metal pipe having a lip at each end for the juby clips to grip behind - without that, if you're on full boost and slam the throttle plate closed, the pipe will blow off and scare any old grannys in the vicinity :P
