Non starting s12

Got an s12 1984 manual trans weird problem is it wont start found an engine brand new in a crate about 5 years ago fitted it no probs got busy with racing and put it in the corner of the wshop decided a couple of weeks ago to get the old girl out. After a quick clean had a check over didnt look to bad so new fuel changed the cam to a 446 profile ive used before new cambelt plugs oil rotor arm and cap changed the fuel pump to a wahlbro 255 and fitted some 440cc injectors as its got a cossie rs500 intercooler.
Tried to start it and turns over but wont fire now the weird bit mega spark checked the fuel pressure(removed inline reg and fitted cosworth adj)adjusted to 40psi book states 37psi so bit more than std still nothing, checked continuity on everything inc sensors, injectors, all the loom and yes it has an 12v injector supply and it pulses on cranking hhhhhhhmmmmmmmm spray fuel into the throttle body and she runs for a bit has anyone heard of all the injectors packing up at once as ive plummed in a spare and connected the loom and still it doesnt spray the injectors are low impedence as were the standard ones
